About Me
Hi, I'm Lauren, mum of two, yoga teacher, academic researcher and writer.

My classes are rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition and I like to explore creative sequences, as well as include breathwork and meditation.
​
I want to share the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga with all - whatever your experience, ability or body. I respect that every body is different - and that the way we feel varies from day to day - and always offer a variety of ways to explore each pose, as well as encouraging you to listen to your body and take it at your own pace.
